Law firms

The special electronic attorney mailbox (beA) is mandatory, secure client communication is professional law. We take care of the entire law firm IT so you can focus on your cases.

Medical practices & MVZ

The IT security guideline of the KBV (National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians), the telematics infrastructure and the protection of patient data impose high requirements. We implement this technically so you can focus on caring for your patients.

  • KBV-compliant IT security - we implement the requirements of the IT security guideline concretely (firewall, access rights, encryption, antivirus)
  • Telematics infrastructure (TI): setup and maintenance of the TI connector, card terminals and the health professional card (HBA/SMC-B)
  • KIM (Kommunikation im Medizinwesen, secure messaging in healthcare) - set up secure communication between practices, clinics and health insurers
  • ePA connection (electronic patient record) - technically prepare and connect your practice

Insolvency administrators

In an insolvency, speed counts: data must be backed up, IT systems analyzed and digital assets protected before anything is lost or manipulated. Dawico supports insolvency administrators with forensic data backup, IT inventory and ongoing IT operations during the proceedings.
