2. General Information on Data Processing

As a matter of principle, we process our users' personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of our users' personal data regularly takes place only with the user's consent. An exception applies in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by statutory provisions.

3. Provision of the Website and Server Log Files

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing device. The following data is collected in this process:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of access
Browser type and version
Operating system used
Referrer URL

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO (GDPR). The temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's device. The data is deleted once the respective session has ended.

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies. No marketing or tracking cookies are used. Technically necessary cookies serve to make the use of websites possible. Some features of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies.

5. Contact by Email

When you contact us by email, the personal data of the user transmitted with the email is stored. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO (GDPR).

6. Processing upon Conclusion of a Contract

Upon conclusion of a contract, we process the personal data necessary for this purpose: name, address, contact details, payment information and, where applicable, further contract-relevant data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO (GDPR) (performance of a contract).

7. Disclosure of Data

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We disclose your personal data to third parties only if you have given your explicit consent, the disclosure is necessary for the performance of a contract, or there is a legal obligation to do so.

8. Storage Period

Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. In the case of providing the website, this is when the respective session has ended. Contract-relevant data is deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired, unless storage beyond that is necessary for the performance of the contract.

9. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to receive free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as a right to rectification or deletion of this data. Within the website visit, we use the widely used SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO (GDPR) to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons.
